Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will confirm it promptly, after which production will begin.
Delivery Confirmation
Our delivery team will contact you directly via phone, email, or text message to arrange delivery. You will then be provided with a 4-hour delivery time slot. Whenever possible, we will give at least 1-2 days' notice before delivery.
Important Note:
Please do not take time off work until you have been contacted by our delivery team. Contact is usually made via phone. If you need to follow up, kindly wait 7-14 working days from your order date before emailing us.
Delivery Day
On the day of delivery, our team will contact you one hour before arrival to provide a more accurate time slot.
Unforeseen Delays
In rare cases, deliveries may be cancelled due to unexpected delays or adverse weather conditions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer compensation for cancelled appointments under these circumstances.
At Your Home
With Installation: If you have opted for installation, our two-person delivery team will take the furniture to your chosen room, unpack and install it, and remove all packaging.
Without Installation: Deliveries will be made to the communal entrance of your property. Couriers are not authorized to take items beyond this point. Any assistance offered beyond the communal door is at the courier’s discretion as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that the company is not liable for any risks or damages to items once they are moved past the communal entrance.

Delivery Checks
We conduct a thorough inspection of all goods before shipping. Items are securely packed in transparent packaging, and we strongly encourage customers to inspect their item(s) upon delivery to ensure everything is in order.
Access for Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered will fit into the intended space. Please carefully measure your chosen area and consider the route our delivery team will need to take to reach it.
Failed Deliveries
If you aren’t available on the day to accept delivery after you have been notified of your 4-hour time slot, we reserve the right to apply a £60 re-delivery fee. The re-delivery will be conducted in line with our delivery schedule and availability in your area.
Damage Disclaimer
In the unlikely event of damage caused by the delivery team, Bedmode will not be held responsible for any damages or associated expenses.
